Everyone is different, so each person has to find the right dosage for their own body. Start with one pill and wait at least one hour to see how you feel. If you are needing it for sleep, many people need 2 pills at once to induce sleep.
 
Each capsule is 10mg. There are 100 capsules in the jar.
